Selfie in, fashion poster out in 5–10 seconds: the GNTM TopShot feature in the Joyn app turns user photos into high-gloss model shots across 8 scenarios — underwater included.

Behind the simple front end run up to ~100 chained AI process steps — cutout, perspective-aware composition, skin and lighting retouch. My role: trained the LoRA models and optimized the ComfyUI workflow for accuracy and speed, including custom node optimization and R&D on context models vs. IP-Adapter.

The Masked Singer — AI Character Intros

Intro clips for the costume characters, generated with a custom ComfyUI pipeline and finished for broadcast. My role: pipeline build, keyframe upscaling, character consistency and character inpainting in the keyframes.

Ethel Vaughn AI Fashion

One photoshoot became 13 motifs, 13 models and 13 locations across 5 continents — Tokyo, New York, Paris, Rio, Cairo — at 100% garment consistency, base resolution 10k+, editorial print at 6000×8000px.

Deliverables: teaser, 5 social clips, a 45-second music clip and the casefilm. Casefilm presented by Wildstuff Collective.

Hyundai Santa Fe — Open for Imagination

Global launch campaign for the all-new Santa Fe: a custom text-to-image AI let users generate their dream destination with the car in it — via web and Instagram DM ('Hey SANTA FE'). ~200,000 visits in the first month.

My role: built the ComfyUI workflow and trained the style-model LoRA.
